 This stunning one of a kind large Ikat textile was woven by hand on a foot loom in a labor-intensive process of geometric motifs,  this motif is not woven anymore and cannot be found today.

Ikat cloth is an essential part of the traditional Balinese & Indonesian costume. The ikat technique was brought to many centuries ago by traders. It has since developed into a high art in and continues to challenge its dyers and weavers.
