This Victorian Trade Card was distributed to loyal customers, providing attractive and lasting advertising. Trade cards were often collected by both adults and children.
This Trade Card explains that Milk-Maid Brand of condensed milk is “becoming favorably known in America.”
The back of the card advertises the company which sold this product at the end of the 19th century. These cards are getting harder and harder to find today.
These cards mark the first time in American history affordable color printing was possible
