Rare Vintage, Post War England, English doll: 75 years old (1946) 8" high Hand painted face with original clothing superb condition limbs move, she sits & stands

You are buying an antique doll in good condition -- except for 1 wrist which was re-glued in the 1950's (seen on photo 8 (which we can also hand paint properly to be less noticeable if you wish, as we have a staff member who fixes antiques)

Please check photos to be satisfied as it was played with and shows normal wear, but it works fine and is solid.  I am not sure what the limbs and head are made of, porcelain, ceramic etc...?? The final look is interestingly crackled, but that is the only doll I had with that crackled look when I was little, I had named her Lillibel but it is time to part, I am too old to hang on to those memories, we have too much in the way of souvenirs.

  Doll is 8” high, the limbs move, she sits and such.

The body was hand crafted to work with the limbs and head, and the head and limbs I assume were from a kit dating from the 1940's. I found no info on the parts.

Doll is nearly 80 years old but in good condition with the original dress. 

Doll comes from the non-smoking home of an adult collector with no pets either.
